Assemble’s downtown Minneapolis coworking space is located in the historic 15 Building at 15 South Fifth Street, Suite 500, between the Greater Central and North Loop neighborhoods. We are on the Skyway and are adjacent to the Warehouse District.

Assemble’s design team, led by the Proteus Group (Uber, Rush University Medical Center), have created an environment that fosters creativity. The sprawling 13,000 square foot space features floor to ceiling windows and is dominated by natural light. Original elements of the historic building, including brick walls and flooring, were retained to give the space the perfect balance between contemporary design and historical charm.

Commuting to Assemble Minneapolis couldn’t be easier with the Metro Blue Line light rail right in front of our building. Our location also provides easy access to i394 and i94. We are steps away from Nicollet Mall between Hennepin Avenue and Nicollet Avenue. The 15 Building itself has gained much attention in recent months with the addition of the new Bob Dylan mural, entitled “The Times They Are A-Changin’”.
