For our latest post in our “5 Questions With” series, we talk to Dan Salganik of ParadigmNEXT.
Hello! My name is Dan Salganik and I am the Project manager at ParadigmNEXT, a digital branding and marketing consulting company. My job is to oversee operations and make sure that all of our projects run smoothly and efficiently. No two days are ever the same at Paradigm.
ParadigmNEXT works with companies ranging from start-ups to multi-national corporations on building their digital presence. We begin by learning as much as possible about your organization, your industry, your customer, and you. After that, we help lay out a marketing and digital plan based upon your goals. Once we establish a plan, we then implement it to the highest degree of quality. We have worked with building and designing mobile apps, websites, company branding, company development, search engine optimization, social media, and so much more.
We would definitely be interested in talking to everyone here at the office. Co-working spaces are all about working together to build out our companies and helping each other grow. We dedicated all of our hallway-facing windows so that people can write about their companies, resolutions for the company, social tags, etc…! Stop by and say hello!*
*We will be adding a write-up on it to the ParadigmNEXT Blog.
Music. Most days here are quite hectic and we are doing 50 things at once. I think music can really set a tone or mood for the workplace so we typically play music that the whole team enjoys. I would also include just having that drive to come into work and do your best each day. It’s all about learning, self-improvement, and making waves!
I love this neighborhood. I didn’t think I would end up working walking distance from the my college! I would say some of the best perks of the neighborhood are the convenience to everything- whether it is food, public transportation, the beach, or anything else, you are always centrally located.
Personally, I head to the West Loop and West Town because the bars and the food in the neighborhood are great. I think that the the environment is perfect at many of the local restaurants and bars there.
