We’re pleased to be a part of the neighborhood. For those working at our West Loop coworking space and shared office, staying on top of the latest happenings in the neighborhood can be difficult. It seems as though new businesses are opening up every week. Below are our four of our favorite resources for staying informed about news in the West Loop.
Assemble members working at our West Loop location are encouraged to join the West Loop Community Organization. You’ll be able to stay informed about neighborhood happenings, network with other neighborhood businesses and promote your company through their promotional outlets. Small business memberships are a reasonable $175/year.
The Chicago West Loop Twitter profile is updated daily with neighborhood news. Follow it to find out about restaurant openings, new businesses and neighborhood events.
This organization is responsible for the West Loop Craft Beer Festival. They hold other events as well, like Movies in the Park and outdoor concerts. Like them on Facebook for ongoing neighborhood news or Visit their web site to learn more about what they do.
DNAInfo recently started publishing a West Loop version. It’s available in print and online here. Like their other neighborhood publications, it’s a great source for local business news.
